These rates apply to new hot tub & spa customers starting service. They're priced around a standard 30-minute visit. If something outside normal maintenance runs it long, we'll bill for the extra time and let you know why.

Common Questions
How often should I drain and refill my hot tub?
Every 3-4 months is the general recommendation. However, if you use your hot tub heavily or notice the water getting harder to balance, we may recommend more frequent changes. A full drain and refill is booked as its own visit, billed at our standard hourly rate and quoted before we start, since it's a longer job than a standard check-in.
What is biofilm and why should I worry about it?
Biofilm is a slimy buildup of bacteria inside your hot tub's plumbing that you can't see. It causes cloudy water, odors, and can make you sick. We use professional-grade biofilm removal products to flush your lines clean.
Can you service any brand of hot tub?
Yes. We work on all major hot tub brands including Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Sundance, Bullfrog, Caldera, and more. If it holds hot water, we can take care of it.
I also have a pool. Do you service that too?
Yes, on our Salt Lake County, Utah County, and Park City routes. We service them together in one visit for a flat $120 per combined visit, rather than the standalone spa rate, and most combos are done in about an hour. Our Cache Valley route is hot tubs and spas only, so if you have a pool up there, mention it and the owner will reach out directly.
