Real numbers, not a call to find out. Here’s exactly what we charge, and what’s included at every tier.
Priced per visit, not per month. You’re only ever charged for visits we complete, so a flat monthly number would be wrong the first time a month runs long or short.
Pool Service
These rates apply to new pool customers starting routine service. They're priced around a standard 1-hour visit. If something outside normal maintenance runs it long, we'll bill for the extra time and let you know why.
Weekly
$100 / visit
4 visits in a typical month = $400. A longer month (5 visits) is $500.
All routine chemicals included.
Every two weeks
$120 / visit
2 visits in a typical month = $240. A longer month (3 visits) is $360.
All routine chemicals included.
Monthly
$120 / visit
1 visit in a typical month = $120
All routine chemicals included.
Billed monthly, based on visits actually completed. Skip a visit with 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. Applies to routine pool service only.

New customers, priced around a standard 1-hour visit.
Openings & Closings
$240 base
Covers up to 2 hrs, then $120/hr beyond that.
Chemicals for an opening or closing are billed at cost on top of the base rate (typically around $60 for a closing), or you're welcome to supply your own. This is the only service on this page where routine chemicals aren't included in the rate. Quoted by the lead technician once your pool type and equipment are known.
Hot Tub & Spa Service
These rates apply to new hot tub & spa customers starting service. They're priced around a standard 30-minute visit. If something outside normal maintenance runs it long, we'll bill for the extra time and let you know why.
Weekly
$60 / visit
4 visits in a typical month = $240. A longer month (5 visits) is $300.
All routine chemicals included.
Every two weeks
$80 / visit
2 visits in a typical month = $160. A longer month (3 visits) is $240.
All routine chemicals included.
Monthly
$80 / visit
1 visit in a typical month = $80

Swim Spa Service
$80-120/visit
Takes roughly double the time of a standard spa, billed accordingly
Drain, Clean & Refill
$240 / 2-hr visit
Recommended every 3-4 months, more often with heavy use.
A spa purge, a more intensive plumbing treatment, is sometimes added to this same visit rather than booked separately, since it's hard on the equipment and isn't something we run every time. When we do, it adds about an hour, bringing the total to $360 (3 hours), with no extra charge for the chemical.
Repairs & Installs
$120 /hr labor
Parts and equipment (a new pump, filter, heater, etc.) are priced once we've diagnosed the job.
Covers pool and spa equipment alike: pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and more. Not sure what's wrong? A troubleshooting visit is billed at that same rate, and it's waived and rolled into the job if you move forward with the repair.
