Getting Started

What areas do you serve?

We serve Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, and Summit Counties — covering 47+ cities from Layton and Bountiful down to Provo and Orem, plus Park City and Heber. Check our Locations page for the full list.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text us at (385) 228-2374, or fill out the form on our Quote page. We'll get back to you within 2 hours during business hours. Quotes are always free.

Do I need to be home for service?

Nope. Most customers give us gate or yard access and we take care of everything while you're at work. We leave detailed notes after every visit so you know exactly what was done.

How fast can you start?

For weekly cleaning service, we can usually start within a few days. For emergency services like green pool recovery, we often do same-day or next-day visits.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and operate as a registered LLC in Utah. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance if you need one — just ask.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely. If we make a mistake, we'll come back and make it right — no extra charge, no questions asked. We stand behind every visit.

Pool Cleaning

How often should my pool be cleaned?

We recommend weekly cleaning during swimming season (May-September). During the off-season, bi-weekly is usually sufficient. Utah's cottonwood season in June makes weekly service especially important.

What's included in a cleaning visit?

Every visit includes surface skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and tile, emptying baskets, filter checks, water testing, and chemical adjustments. We also inspect your equipment and leave notes about anything we notice.

My pool turned green. Can you fix it?

Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. Most green pools can be brought back to crystal clear in 1-3 days. Call us and we'll come assess it, usually same-day.

Will the same person service my pool every time?

Yes. We assign dedicated technicians to routes so you get the same person every visit. They learn your pool's quirks, notice changes early, and deliver more consistent results than rotating techs.

Hot Tub Service

How often should I drain my hot tub?

Every 3-4 months is the standard recommendation. If you use it heavily or have trouble keeping the water balanced, we may suggest more frequent changes.

What brands of hot tubs do you service?

All of them — Jacuzzi, Hot Spring, Sundance, Bullfrog, Caldera, Master Spas, and more. If it holds hot water, we can take care of it.

My hot tub water is cloudy. What's wrong?

Cloudy water usually means the chemistry is off, the filter needs cleaning, or there's biofilm buildup in the plumbing. We'll diagnose the exact cause and fix it — it's usually a quick fix.

Pricing & Payment

How much does pool cleaning cost?

Every pool is different, so we provide custom quotes based on your pool size, condition, and location. We'll come take a look for free and give you an honest price — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Do you charge for estimates?

Never. Quotes and estimates are always free. We'll come look at your pool or hot tub and tell you exactly what it needs and what it costs — no obligation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, Venmo, and Zelle. Monthly service plans are billed at the beginning of each month.

Are chemicals included in the price?

Yes. Our service includes all standard chemicals needed to keep your water balanced — chlorine, acid, alkalinity adjusters, and more. You don't need to buy anything separately.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts. You can cancel anytime with no fees or penalties. We keep our customers by doing good work, not by locking them in.

Seasonal & Utah-Specific

When should I close my pool for winter?

In Utah, we recommend closing between late September and mid-October. Book early — it's our busiest time of year for seasonal services.

Can I use my hot tub in winter?

Absolutely — that's one of the best parts of owning a hot tub in Utah! We help maintain your spa year-round so it's always ready for those cold winter soaks.

Does Utah's hard water affect my pool?

Yes. Utah has some of the hardest water in the country, which leads to calcium buildup and scaling. We monitor calcium hardness levels and adjust your chemistry accordingly to prevent damage.

What is cottonwood season and how does it affect my pool?

From mid-June through early July, cottonwood trees drop fluffy white seeds that blanket everything — including pools. They clog skimmer baskets fast, sometimes within a single day. Areas like Bountiful, Holladay, and Millcreek get hit especially hard. We recommend weekly service at minimum during this period.

When should I open my pool in spring?

Most Utah pool owners open between late April and mid-May, once overnight temperatures consistently stay above 50 degrees. Opening too early means fighting algae in cool water; waiting too long means more cleanup. We handle the full opening — removing the cover, reconnecting equipment, filling, and balancing chemistry.
