The Hot Pool Boys ("we," "our," or "us") is a local pool and hot tub service company in Utah. We keep this policy short and plain because our website is simple: it tells you about our services and gives you ways to get in touch. That's it.

Who We Are

What We Collect

Our main website does not collect personal information directly. We don't run our own account system or database there. A few things happen in the background that you should know about:

  • Contact form (Skimmer): The contact form on our Contact page is embedded from Skimmer, the customer management system we use to run our business. When you fill it out, your name, contact info, and message go directly to Skimmer, and we receive them through our Skimmer account.
  • Cache Valley lead form: Our Logan hot tub landing page runs its own quote-request form, separate from the Skimmer contact form. It collects your name, phone number, and city, along with a few technical identifiers from the ad click that brought you there (such as a Google click ID and campaign parameters), so we can respond to your request and understand which ads are actually working. This information goes to our own server and is not shared with anyone outside our team.
  • Standard hosting logs (Vercel): Our website is hosted by Vercel. Like any website, their servers automatically log basic technical info: IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, for security and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

When you contact us, we use what you share for one reason: to respond to your inquiry and provide pool or hot tub service. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking

We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on our website. Vercel may set basic cookies needed for the site to function and stay secure. The embedded Skimmer contact form may set its own cookies. Those are governed by Skimmer's privacy policy linked above.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you and request that we delete it. Just email or call using the info above. If you're a California resident and have rights under the CCPA, we honor those requests too: same process, same contact info. We don't sell personal information.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be obvious. We're not going to bury anything.
